If you are experiencing issues or have questions about the game you can find the answers in our Knowledge Base or you can contact us by doing the following:
From the mobile version:
- Click on the Settings button on the bottom left side of your screen:
- Inside, scroll down until you reach the Info button. There, you will be able to find the "contact support" button:
- After pressing the button you will be directed to a contact form. The form will already have the game and your Unique ID automatically filled for you, however, you will need to fill in the rest of the information in order to receive assistance.
- When selecting the game click the option Agar.io
- If you need help finding your player ID please click here: How to find your Unique ID in Agar.io
For web version:
- Click on the Contact Support button on the bottom right side of your screen:
- A new window will appear. You will need to fill in the required information in order to receive assistance.
Please try to provide us all possible information. That will determine the speed and efficiency of our reply.

When I was in Agar.io It suddenly said "Access denied" I don't know why :(
I have a different question the question is I'm downloading it but it's just pending
