Are you having issues in receiving the prizes for completing any offer from Tapjoy or Playtime in one of our games (8 Ball Pool or Agar.io for example)?
These promotions are usually created by other companies and since we donΒ΄t always have access to their information, we always advise our players to contact the company that created the promotion.
The easiest way to contact them is by scrolling down on the offer wall and you will see "Missing Credits?" at the bottom. If you click this, you will get to the list of all offers completed and pending.
If you still can't contact them, please visit their support page at https://www.tapjoy.com/customer-support/
You need to also send them proof of completion in order for them to verify eligibility.
Please be advised that starting from April 2019, Apple has stopped supporting incentivised rewards via Tapjoy offerwall.
