🎱 I was unable to collect my avatar!!

Hi Ballers!

Finally got that promotion with the avatar you really love? 

Avatars are a great way of showing off your personality in-game and sometimes it happens that after you collect your avatar you simply cannot find it in your avatar collection.

Worry not! To try and solve this, you just need to refresh your session by closing the game, re-opening it and logging back in, wait a few seconds until you see the message "Updating" and ta da! 🤩 You will be able to use your new avatar right away!
