Please use the troubleshooting below if you have any items in game that are not loading correctly, if you are not able to sign in or if you are just getting a blank page.
If issues are still persisting, make sure to try a different browser and make sure all extensions are turned off.
- Restart your game
- Clear the Cache/Internet temporary files

- Click the menu button at the top right-hand corner
- Select Tools > Clear Browsing Data
- Select Empty Cache and Delete Cookies and other site and plug-in data
Firefox – Windows (check also Firefox Support page)
- Click Tools > Clear Private Data
- Check Cache and Offline Website Data
- Click "Clear Private Data Now"
Firefox - Mac OS (check also Firefox Support page)
- In the menu bar, click Tools > Clear Private Data
- Check Cache and Offline Website Data
- Click "Clear Private Data Now"
Microsoft Edge (check also Microsoft Edge Support page)
- Click the Hub and History icons.
- Click the link labeled Clear all history.
- Check the boxes for each item you want to clear.
- Click the Clear button.
Safari
- In the menu bar, click Safari > Empty Cache
- Click "Empty" when prompted to remove the cache.
Internet Explorer ( check also Internet Explorer Support page)
- Go to Tools > Internet Options
- Under Temporary Files click the "Delete" button.
- Update your browser to the newest version
Also, make sure to perform a Lost Connection Troubleshooting 📶 to minimise latency or connection issues.
Note: if you use Puffin Browser or other browsers not mentioned, we recommend using one of the other options. Our games are not optimised for Puffin or other browsers and as such, you may run into unwanted issues. Make sure to always use one of the browsers mentioned above for the best gaming experience!
