Troubleshooting browser issues

Please use the troubleshooting below if you have any items in game that are not loading correctly, if you are not able to sign in or if you are just getting a blank page.

If issues are still persisting, make sure to try a different browser and make sure all extensions are turned off.

Google Chrome

1. Click the menu button at the top right hand corner

2. Select Tools > Clear Browsing Data

3. Select Empty Cache and Delete Cookies and other site and plug-in data

 

Internet Explorer

1.    Go to Tools > Internet Options

2.    Under Temporary Files click the "Delete" button.

 

Microsoft Edge

1.    Click the Hub and History icons.

2.    Click the link labeled Clear all history.

3.    Check the boxes for each item you want to clear.

4.    Click the Clear button.

 

Firefox - Windows

1.    Click Tools > Clear Private Data

2.    Check Cache and Offline Website Data

3.    Click "Clear Private Data Now"

 

Firefox - Mac OS

1.    In the menu bar, click Tools > Clear Private Data

2.    Check Cache and Offline Website Data

3.    Click "Clear Private Data Now"

 

Safari

1.    In the menu bar, click Safari > Empty Cache

2.    Click "Empty" when prompted to remove the cache.
