If you want to delete your account you will have to send a request via our Web Form. Choose from there: Type of issue: Account related --> I have data related question --> I wish to delete my account.
For us to be able to do that procedure, you will also have to send us some security details from your account, which will verify you as the account owner.
It is important for us to make sure you are the account owner since that will avoid other players from scamming your account easily. Because of that, make sure you have a Miniclip account registered and save every account detail at the moment of account creation!
The details asked for the delete procedure support are:
- Game name:
- User ID you have in the game (check this article: How do I find my User ID? ):
- Email address of your account (if applicable):
- Your Country and State/Providence:
- Approximate date of creation of this account:
- The reason for your request to delete your profile:
- Screenshot with the in-game profile (check: How to take a screenshot ):
- If you made purchases, please send a receipt of your last purchase.
- Confirm that you want to delete your personal data (read more about it here: Difference Between Delete and Unlinking of the account
If your account is connected with Facebook, we also suggest you to send us your Facebook ID. Please read from our Knowledge Base “How to find your Facebook ID” for further instructions.
Account deletion process:
The deletion process normally consist of following steps:
- REQUEST: you, player, send us a request informing that you wish to delete your account and adding the information requested above.
- VALIDATION: the support team member cross-checks your information with our internal database. If data matches, we initiate the deletion process and notify you that the deletion has started.
- DELETION: all the records of your account will be deleted.
- FINAL NOTIFICATION: once the deletion process has been deleted, we notify you that the process has been finished.
Additional points to keep in mind:
- Once the deletion process has started, it is not possible to cancel the request and the account will be deleted.
- We try to delete your account as soon as possible but in any case will endeavour to finalise deletion within 30 days. We will keep you updated if we need to extend this for any reason.
Other information to keep in mind when deleting an account:
- Unless the account you are requesting to delete is an old Miniclip ID that is associated with several games (i.e 8 Ball Pool and Soccer Stars) we will delete only the game account that you request us to delete.
- Deleting your account will fully erase all records of its existence from our system. It is not possible to recover the account once the deletion process has finished.
- Please note that some of our partners may continue to process your data for their own purposes in accordance with their own policies (e.g. If you chose to access our games through Facebook or Google). Please contact them directly if you wish to delete your records with them also.
- If your account was connected with Facebook and/or Google, we strongly suggest to delete the login access from your Facebook/Google account. Please read here (https://support.miniclip.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042275754) for further instructions.
- Also, please bear in mind. This process does not delete the game from your mobile device. You need to do it yourself. If you open the game again from your device and start playing a new game account will be created. And if the link from Google or Facebook has not broken from your side, the new account might get connected with Facebook or Google.
